INTEGRATION

Throughout the system design and integration processes we work closely with the creative and operational teams to ensure that our projects accurately embody the creative vision whilst also being installed with maintenance in mind. We want our projects to look the same after one year as they did on day one.
INSTALLATION
Key to the long-term operations of any project is a high quality installation. As integrators, we work closely with the other trade vendors to ensure that the Audio/Visual & Show Control System is successfully and effectively
co-ordinated with the other elements of the project.
We have an experienced team of site managers and installation technicians who will ensure that the hardware is installed as designed and that the designers creative intent can be realised.
COMMISSIONING
Installation is only the first part of the process; complex systems require a meticulous commissioning process.
Our technical team will work through the Audio/Visual & Show Control System in a methodical and thorough manner in order to fully commission every component of the system. The commissioning process also requires the full integration of the Audio/Visual & Show Control System into the other show and architectural systems.
The commissioning process is fully documented in the project Operational & Maintenance manuals.
PROGRAMMING
The Audio/Visual & Show Control System hardware only comes to life and realises the designer's vision when programmed.
Our programmers are experienced in programming a wide variety of systems including lighting consoles, media servers, LED pixel mapping, architectural controllers, lasers and show control systems.
TRAINING
Prior to handing over the Audio/Visual & Show Control System, we will work closely to formulate a training plan for the client's technical team.
Our training plans will impart the project specific knowledge to allow experienced technicians to operate and maintain the lighting systems.
Product specific training can also be arranged to suit the clients needs.
MAINTENANCE
A proactive maintenance plan is core to the project looking as good after two years as it did on day one.
We help clients prepare preventative maintenance plans that will keep the Audio/Visual & Show Control System in the best possible condition, reduce down time from hardware failure and protect the owner’s investment.
Our trained technicians are experienced in maintaining a wide variety of Audio/Visual & Show Control System.
To allow us to ensure we effectively manage our maintenance contracts, we operate an online support system that allows our clients to log and track the status of faulty hardware.
Our training plans will impart the project specific knowledge to allow experienced technicians to operate and maintain the lighting systems.
Product specific training can also be arranged to suit the clients needs.
